Diplôme de Pâtisserie with Internship Pathway

Firstly, students attend our Diplôme de Pâtisserie to learn in-depth pastry and baking techniques. The 9-month tuition also includes workshops on CV writing, cover letter, interview skills etc. Following the completion of the diploma, students join the team of one our highly respected partners to undertake a 3-month internship.

The Diplôme de Pâtisserie with Internship Pathway has been designed to provide students with an experience of working in a professional kitchen as part of their culinary training.

This qualification is listed on the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) and has been independently credit-rated by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA). Our Diplôme de Pâtisserie may also be studied on it's own as well as part of an integrated diploma with Pâtisserie Innovation and Wellness, with culinary management, with an internship pathway or a different combination of these packaged options.
