Easter is known for cakes and chocolate treats, making this Easter themed baking course perfect for you to learn some recipes and techniques which will add some flair to your Easter holiday. If you're looking for something extra special to serve, this hands-on class under the guidance of one of our master chefs will look at classic Easter dishes with a twist.
You’ll learn how to perfect a number of different occasional bakes using specific methods, including producing infused syrups, making enriched yeast dough and decoration using royal icing – essential for making a beautiful Easter centrepiece!
Maximum of 16 participants per class, each with their own workstation.
Class structure
Your day will be a mixture of in-kitchen demonstrations performed by the chef who is running the session and hands-on practical cookery, where you are guided by the expert teaching chef. The exact format will vary from class to class depending on the style of cuisine and length of the course.

- Sensible, flat-soled shoes. Open toes are not advised
