The curriculum is composed of two Le Cordon Bleu diplomas and a work experience.The first 9 months will be spent at the Institute, studying both cuisine and pâtisserie simultaneously in order to graduate with Le Cordon Bleu’s most prestigious diploma: Grand Diplôme®. Prior to beginning your internship you will be supported by a number of workshops to assist you in finding the right position, create your CV and prepare for interviews.
The last three months of the programme will be spent working with one of our highly regarding industry partners as part of an internship.
