Guest demonstration with Chef Javier Duarte

On 22nd January, Le Cordon Bleu London will be hosting a guest demonstration featuring Chef Javier Duarte.

Javier Duarte is Executive Chef at Alexander & Bjorck, a premier luxury events company, while also running his consultancy, JDC Hospitality, supporting restaurants across Europe and the Middle East with menu development and staff training.

Chef Javier will demonstrate the art of creating fine dining canapés designed specifically for private and high-end events, focussing on how to elevate small bites into exquisite works of art that not only delight the palate but also captivate visually.

Chef Javier has over 20 years of experience in the culinary world, specialising in Spanish, French, and Mediterranean cuisine.

Throughout his career, he has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, Relais & Châteaux properties, and luxury dining establishments across Europe.
