Born in Madrid, José Sol began his professional career in marketing and public relations before discovering his true passion, Jamón Ibérico. For over 17 years, he has dedicated himself to elevating the culture of jamón worldwide.
Join us for a cultural talk on Iberian ham, highlighting its rich history and the craftsmanship behind it followed by a demonstration on how to properly clean and prepare the Jamón, plating techniques and a tasting session.
