Guest demonstration with Barrafina

On 13th February, Le Cordon Bleu London will be hosting a guest demonstration with Antonio González Milla and Francisco ‘Paco’ Jose Torrico of Barrafina.

There are five Barrafinas in London, serving modern Spanish tapas of exceptional quality. Each restaurant has an open kitchen and beautiful marble-topped bar where guests can sit and watch the chefs at work. The a la carte menus comprise authentic regional dishes from around Spain and vary between each location.

Join us for an evening of culinary delights as chefs Antonio and Paco demonstrate their prowess in modern Spanish cuisine.

 

Paco is Executive Chef at Barrafina and Parrillan. He joined Barrafina in 2015 and his time with the Barrafina group has included unforgettable projects like sold-out pop-ups in Ibiza with Beat Hotel and guest chef events. Paco is always looking to bring creative events to life while staying true to Barrafina’s reputation for excellence and consistency.

 

Antonio is the Executive Chef of Barrafina’s Central locations on Dean Street, Adelaide Street and Drury Lane. He joined Barrafina in 2016 as a Chef de Partie, where he quickly made his mark. Now, he oversees a team that delivers simple yet sophisticated seasonal Spanish dishes that focus on quality ingredients.
