Food and Sake Pairing with Chef Karaki Masafumi and Miyasaka Brewing

On 6th September, Le Cordon Bleu London will be joined by Chef Karaki Masafumi and Miyasaka Brewing for a guest demonstration. Masafumi Karaki owns the acclaimed Mumyo restaurant in Chino City, Nagano Prefecture.

For this event, Chef Karaki will introduce the food culture of Nagano Prefecture, and Miyasaka Brewery will explain their sake making motto. This will be followed by a culinary demonstration from Chef Karaki, who has created dishes to pair perfectly with Miyasaka Brewery’s Masumi sakes.
