Macarons are only ever made with three types of meringue; French, Swiss or Italian. In this 3 hour master class you will focus on how to make the perfect macaron with a selection of classic fillings.
Under the guidance of one of our Master Pâtissier, you will learn the techniques on how to make French meringue, prepare macaronage and colour application, as well as produce a variety of emulsified ganache.
