This comprehensive programme has been designed for students who want to gain in-depth knowledge of wine and gastronomy as well as put into practice the knowledge acquired over the past 6 months thanks to a 3-month internship.

Diploma fees include: uniforms, learning materials, subscription to Jancis Robinson's Purple Pages, personal licence course, 3-day field trip to Scotland
Hours per week: approximately 22 hours at school and no more than 48 hours per week during the internship
Entry requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, evidence of English language. All students must be aged 18 years or over

  • Course Structure

    The first 6 months of the programme are comprised of the Diploma in Wine, Gastronomy and Management - a hands-on, highly practical programme that aims at giving students the knowledge and skills to success in the world of wine. After the successful completion of the 6-month diploma, students join one of our respected partners to perform a 3-month internship.
