Culinary workshops and demonstrations for groups of 10 to 200 people

Private demonstration

Length: 2:30 hours

Cuisine/Pastry

Capacity: 15 to 200 people

Le Cordon Bleu Chefs reveal all the secrets of a menu chosen by the participants during a demonstration. The Chef prepares the dishes in front of you, explaining the skills and techniques employed step-by-step.

The demonstration includes tasting the dishes prepared.

Culinary workshop

Boulangerie
Length: 5:30 hours
Capacity: 10 to 32 participants

During these workshops, participants prepare a dish, a pastry, bread or freshly baked pastries from start to finish, from a list of possibilities. Each group is in the expert hands of a Le Cordon Bleu Chef who shares their expertise, techniques, and tips. Participants are free to take their creations home with them at the end of the workshop.

 

Oenological tasting

Length: 2 hours

Capacity: 10 to 32 people

Our Le Cordon Bleu Sommeliers introduce you to the world of wine thanks to a themed tasting which also teaches participants wine sector background and knowledge. This is the perfect opportunity for participants to discover sensorial analysis and the art of oenological tasting.

Demonstration followed by a workshop

Length: 5 hours
Demonstration (2h30) and workshop (2h30)

Capacity: 10 to 48 people

After watching a cuisine or pastry demonstration, each participant makes a dish or pastry during a practical class in which they are guided every step of the way by a Le Cordon Bleu Chef. The techniques taught by the Chef during the demonstration are employed during the workshop.

Participants can take home what they have made at the end of the workshop.
