Time for you who have a sweet tooth and passion for baking! Join in this workshop to learn how to make a hazelnut petit gateaux with oozing lava caramel filling. You will learn the techniques of molding and assembling a sphere, sculpting to create a hazelnut shape, coating, and also making mousse and sponge with decoration.
The workshop is held for a small group that gives participants a chance to work closely with our Chef. After your practical session, you will have a chance to enjoy tasting with Chef.
