A workshop for all Patisserie enthusiasts and expert foodies, you will get the chance to create an indulgent High Tea. Step into the shoes of a Patisserie Chef and make 5 indulgent types of desserts, for you and your friends to enjoy. This includes a beautiful Nougat Mousse Cake, Passionfruit Meringue Profiterole, Chocolate & Hazelnut Macarons, Strawberry Champagne Verrines and Early Grey Sultana Scones. Working in pairs, you will be tasked with making at least 20 pieces of each item. So be ready to work hard and be sure to invite your loved ones over for a decadent High Tea at your place…
The price for this Workshop is $599, which will include everything you need for creating your own High Tea.
Please note that Lunch is not provided during this two day course however we are conveniently located in the centre of Wellington with excellent cafes and restaurants just a stones through away.
This course is not for the faint of heart… It is more suitable for those with an intermediate level of skill and knowledge. However our expert chefs will always be there to assist and answer any questions you may have.
