Short Course – Terms & Conditions policy

Any bookings made are subject to the following conditions and may be revoked by the organiser (Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand) for breach of any of the specified conditions. Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand may change or amend these Terms & Conditions of Sale at any time.

All ticket holders must be aged 16 or older to participate in the short course unless specified otherwise (e.g. for child-friendly short courses).

All ticket prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars and include GST where applicable.

Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is made and a receipt is provided by Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand.

Postponements, Cancellations & Refunds

All requests for cancellations and/or transfers must be received in writing.

Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation being received.

The appropriate cancellation charge will apply based on the cost of your booking (excluding any card processing fees and/or booking fees previously applied), as shown below.

Courses two days or less

Notice Required	Refund Applicable
15 calendar days or more	100% refund (minus C/C & $25 Admin fees)
8 and 14 calendar days (inclusive)	50% refund (minus C/C & $25 Admin fees)
7 days or less	No refund will be given

Courses three days - two weeks *maximum equivalent of 80 hours total duration

Notice Required	Refund Applicable
15 calendar days or more	100% refund (minus C/C & $25 Admin fees)
14 calendar days prior to course to 2 days into the course	50% refund

Changes in programme
Le Cordon Bleu reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute recipes or ingredients without notice. Le Cordon Bleu reserves the right to cancel any short course or workshop for any reason and will not be responsible for airfares, hotel or any other costs incurred by participants. A full tuition fee refund will be paid.
