Meet Chef Instructor Grégoire Bardet

Chef Instructor Boulangerie

Chef Bardet began his career as an apprentice in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. He obtained his Certificat d’Aptitude Professionnelle (CAP) and Mention Complémentaire (MC) in Boulangerie between 2000 and 2003 and his Brevet Professionnel (BP) in 2005.

From 2005 to 2013, he gained experience as a Boulangerie Chef in several bakeries in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

From 2013 to 2019, Chef Bardet dedicated himself to teaching and became a Boulangerie Instructor at the Allier Institut de Formation Interprofessionnel (Interprofessional Training Institute). In 2018, he coached the winners of the French Schools Cup Up-and-Coming Chefs category.

In 2019, Grégoire Bardet started working as a Technical Sales Representative at Minoterie Roche.
He created personalised training programmes for professionals and helped boulangeries introduce new products.

Over the course of his career, he has taken part in several competitions. In 2004, he reached the final of the Best Young Bakers in France competition. In 2021, he took part in the French Boulangerie Cup and, in 2022, the World Boulangerie Cup. In 2023, he reached the final of the One of the Best Craftsmen in France (Meilleur Ouvrier de France - MOF) Boulangerie competition.

Chef Bardet joined Le Cordon Bleu Paris institute team of Chef Instructors in 2023.

In February 2024, the French team, coached by Chef Bardet, won the Bakery World Cup.
