Are you passionate about gastronomy and dream of taking part in a global competition? Le Cordon Bleu Paris has great news for you!

Our prestigious institution is organizing a unique competition. In teams of two represent your favorite country in this incredible culinary adventure.

The challenge? Send in a video of your cooking and pastry recipes, reflecting all your creativity. These creations must not only delight the taste buds, but also tell a story. To do this, you'll need to create a captivating video explaining why you came up with these tasty wonders. The theme: gastronomy and sport.

Register now on our website before 18 february and do your country proud by becoming the champion of gastronomy.

The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18, amateur or student who has never studied at Le Cordon Bleu institute. Each participant may enter only once. Only entries that meet the selection criteria will be considered. Participants will have to demonstrate their technical skills, creativity and talent for gastronomy.

General goals of the competition:

Supporting and encouraging the training of future generations of chefs
Rewarding the talent of food lovers
Encouraging students to get involved in their culinary arts studies

CALENDAR

Until February 18: submissions
February 26: announcement of the 10 finalist duos and the theme of the final.
March 28: Grand Finale. The 10 selected duos will have to create two recipes during a "mystery box" event at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. The first person in the duo will be responsible for the cooking recipe, the second for the pastry recipe. A panel of Chefs will select the winners. They will be announced and will receive their prizes.

PRIZES TO WIN

Grand Prix: An intensive Basic Cuisine Certificate for the person who made the cuisine recipe and an intensive Basic Pâtisserie Certificate for the person who made the pâtisserie recipe. Subject to availability.

First prize: 2 round-trip economy air tickets to Hong-Kong and 3 nights accommodation in a five star hotel in Hong-Kong, as well as an unforgettable culinary experience showcasing the vibrant flavors of Hong Kong, sponsored by Hong Kong Tourism Board, supported by Cathay Pacific and Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Brussels.

Second prize: 2 round-trip economy-class tickets to Quito or Guayaquil (Ecuador) offered by Air Europa*. 5-day, 4-night cruise to the Galapagos Islands offered by Metropolitan Touring.

Third prize: 2 round-trip economy air tickets Paris-Ottawa, offered of Ottawa Tourism. *Flights mut be used in 2024.

Coup de cœur prize: The winning duo's recipes on the Le Cordon Bleu Paris Café's menu for one week.
