Instructor Coordinator Wine Programmes

Maxime Caderon obtained a BTS in Hospitality and Catering in 2004 and a Mention Complémentaire Sommellerie in 2005.

He began his wine career in 2006 as a Junior Salesman with A&A Wines Ltd in England, where he was responsible for selling the company's products and setting up a new customer network.

Upon his return to Paris, he worked as a Sommelier/Salesperson for Fauchon, on place de la Madeleine, where he was responsible for sales and advising customers, before continuing his experience in sales at Château Cash & Carry and La Bordeauxthèque at Galeries Lafayette, where he managed a team of 5 on 2 sites.

He continued his career at La Cave Galeries Lafayette where he became Manager in 2014 before being promoted to Director in 2019 and was responsible for a team of 14. These roles enabled him to tackle many facets of management.

In 2023, he became Brand Ambassador for Glenfiddich Distillery, representing the brand and promoting the distillery's image in France and Monaco. At the same time, he took a training course on Instagram, social networking, and content creation.

In 2024, Maxime Caderon joined Le Cordon Bleu Paris as Instructor Coordinator of Wine Programmes and Wine & Management.
