Chef Shipra Khanna introduces our students to Indian cuisine
On 11 April 2017, chef Shipra Khanna gave a cuisine demonstration at Le Cordon Bleu Paris institute. The aim of the demonstration was to introduce the young Chef’s Indian specialities to students at the Institute.

Ever since winning Masterchef India 2 in 2012, she has focused on developing her career path in the world of gastronomy. Shipra Khanna travels the globe to introduce people to Indian cuisine but also to learn about other local cuisines. She has written cookbooks including “Spice Route”, her first book, and taken part in a number of television programmes. Chef Shipra has also launched a YouTube channel called “Shipra’s Kitchen” on which she posts videos with chef tips and recipes. Students watched a demonstration during which they were able to have many fruitful exchanges with chef Shipra Khanna. The Chef made 4 recipes:
- Chicken tandoori
- Chicken Tikka Masala
- Lachcha Parantha and Aloo Parantha
- Moong dal halwa
