During the session, you will learn how to make:
- Raspberry Choux
- Vanilla Sand
- Crème Diplomat
- Raspberry Fluid Gel
- Mascarpone Parfait
You will also learn how to make the elements in advance, how to store them, and then build the dessert on the day for easy yet delicious summer entertaining.
