In this session, you will be making a perfect plated dessert for summer entertaining, Raspberry Choux and Mascarpone Parfait under the expert guidance of our master patisserie chef. You will take home your tasty creations. The perfect dessert for summer that will not only look fabulous but will also be delicious!



    During the session, you will learn how to make:
    • Raspberry Choux
    • Vanilla Sand
    • Crème Diplomat
    • Raspberry Fluid Gel
    • Mascarpone Parfait

    You will also learn how to make the elements in advance, how to store them, and then build the dessert on the day for easy yet delicious summer entertaining.
