During this fun and creative masterclass, Francis Motta, Le Cordon Bleu master cuisine chef and Craig
Leaf-Wright, producer of olive oil at Leafyridge Olive Grove, will demonstrate and guide you through an introductory class on dégustation of 4 different dishes with NZ extra virgin olive oil.

Course Details: During the masterclass, you will learn and see the following:

Degustation & testing of olive oil with Craig Leaf-Wright
Demonstration and tasting of 4 dishes, cooked with different range of olive oil
How to make your own olive oil soap at home like a ”Savon de Marseille”
You will take home an olive oil soap
Immersion into Leafyridge Olive Grove with Craig Leaf-Wright:
How to grow, harvest and press the olive.
Presentation of his “Award winning and a Gold Medal Olive Oil”

Course Includes: Tasting of 9 Extra Virgin Olive Oils, tasting of a range of 4 different savory and sweet dishes, explanation of how to make soap at home, history of Leafyridge Olive Grove.
