During this fun and creative masterclass, Francis Motta, Le Cordon Bleu master cuisine chef and Mike Hodson from Nga Waka vineyard will demonstrate and guide you through an introductory class on Matching Pork and Wine.

Course Details: During the masterclass, you will learn and see the following:

•    Pork cookery techniques, a range of different cuts of pork; with a tasting of 4 dishes
•    An insight into the vineyard Nga Waka from Martinborough; with a tasting of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling and Rosé.

Course Includes: Tasting and description of 4 wines, demonstration and cookery techniques and degustation of 4 dishes and recipes.

Age: Guests must be over the age of 18 and able to produce ID
