In the Cheese Making Workshop, you will discover the fine and complex art of cheese making with a different repertoire of cheeses. You need not have attended our previous cheesemaking workshop, in this class you will learn everything you need to make cheese at home.

Course Includes: All ingredients and equipment required for Cheese-making, recipes and gourmet cheese to take home with you. A light lunch and refreshments are included.
Course Details/Summary: This course will teach you the fundamental techniques of cheese making. During the course you will create:- Camembert (white rind cheese
- Halloumi (two-hour cheese)
- Brousse (fresh cheese)
What to bring: Chilly bin to take your cheese home (to keep your cheese cool)
