Learning to bake your own bread at home
is more than just a trend: it's a true return to the basics for those who want to take control of their diet while enjoying high-quality products. Bread, especially when made with alternative flours and nutritious ingredients, can become a real ally for your health.

In this two-day workshop, Le Cordon Bleu Paris invites you to explore the world of healthy and balanced bread, discovering modern techniques and innovative recipes. Under the guidance of a bakery Chef, you will learn to use flours such as spelt, dark rye, as well as seeds, pulls, and leavens to create breads that are both delicious and beneficial for your health.

By the end of the workshop, you will leave with valuable expertise and complete recipes that you can recreate at home. You will also receive a certificate of participation to recognise your new skills in healthy baking.

Apron and bread bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered. A participation certificate will be given by the Chef at the end of the workshop.

Split pea, azuki bean, beluga lentil, and goji berry bread
Pine nut, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, and black sesame seed bread
Pink and black lentil, white sesame seed, and pumpkin seed bread
Red and black chia seed, black and white sesame seed, and golden and brown linseed bread
Raisin and sultana, cranberry, pistachio, hazelnut, and almond bread
Sesame seed, poppy, millet, sunflower, and brown linseed bread
Spelt and wholewheat bread using 2 poolishes


Note:
All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
During the day of the short course, you will benefit of 10 % discount at Le Café Le Cordon Bleu and at La Boutique, except on books (-5%)
The end time of the course depends on the number of participants
