Under the guidance of an expert Chef, learn how to elevate this exceptional ingredient through innovative creations: starter, main course, and even dessert!

Inspired by the book "Ode to the Truffle", you’ll explore the fascinating world of the black diamond: its history, terroirs, and the secrets it holds, while preparing dishes that truly bring out its richness.

You will learn how to select, handle, and elevate black truffle to create refined dishes worthy of the greatest chefs. A unique culinary experience, culminating in a tasting dinner where each bite will be a celebration of luxury and sophistication.

Apron and cooler bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered. A participation certificate will be given by the Chef at the end of the workshop.

Risotto style celeriac with black truffle, Granny Smith apple with olive oil
Scallops with black truffle, buttered cabbage with truffle, carbonara sauce
Ice-cream with black truffle, milk foam, pistachio microwave genoise sponge

Note:
All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
During the day of the short course, you will benefit of 10 % discount at Le Café Le Cordon Bleu and at La Boutique, except on books (-5%)
