Duration: 2.5 hours
Les Petits Cordons Bleus is a class reserved for children aged 8 to 12.
Upon arrival, Les Petits Cordons Bleus meet in a room specially equipped for the occasion. The premises of our establishment offer the opportunity to learn in a calm, modern place with individual work surfaces to ensure the safety of the children.
The courses are led by cuisine chefs or pastry chefs, depending on the recipe. They are accompanied by assistants who ensure a friendly atmosphere while remaining diligent and attentive to the expectations of the budding cooks.
During this workshop, Les Petits Cordons Bleus will discover a recipe and will elaborate it following the Chef's indications. At the end of the workshop, the Petit Cordon Bleu will have the opportunity to take home all of their preparations.
Apron, tea towel and cooler bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered. A participation certificate will be given by the Chef at the end of the workshop.

All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator
Applicants must be at least 8 years of age
During the day of the short course, you will benefit of 10 % discount at Le Café Le Cordon Bleu and at La Boutique, except on books (-5%)
The end time of the course depends on the number of participants
