The making of good French bread requires the knowledge and above all the mastery of specific techniques.

The Making your own bread workshop is a rare opportunity to discover the true art of baking. The worshop is given by an experienced Boulangerie Chef in a functional work space and an atmosphere that is both studious and warm. This bread baking course is designed for bakery enthusiasts or simply for those who wish to learn more about the basics of bread-baking and discover the secrets of the great bakers. This workshop is for beginners and amateurs alike.

The session begins with demonstrations of the teachers' know-how. The participants witness the birth of the bread at the hands of the Boulangerie Chef. They then reproduce step by step all the steps of the recipes. At the end of the workshop, each participant will be able to take home the products they have made.

Apron and bread bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered. A participation certificate will be given by the Chef at the end of the workshop.

Note:
All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
During the day of the short course, you will benefit of 10 % discount at Le Café Le Cordon Bleu and at La Boutique, except on books (-5%)
The end time of the course depends on the number of participants
