Under the guidance of an expert Pastry Chef, you will learn how to create 100% plant-based pastries that are just as delicious as their classic counterparts. In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, you will uncover the secrets of plant-based pâtisserie, learning how to elevate plant-based ingredients to create desserts that are both indulgent and surprising.
This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to discover or deepen their skills in plant-based pâtisserie, whether they are beginners or already passionate about the craft. You can count on the Chef’s expertise to guide you through each step, while enjoying the satisfaction of making your own creations.
Throughout the workshop, you will explore innovative techniques and learn how to prepare a variety of plant-based pastries, combining creativity with culinary pleasure. You will leave with inspiring recipes and the confidence to recreate these desserts at home.
