Under the expert guidance of a Pastry Chef, you will discover modern and refined techniques to reinvent these beloved classics. Each participant is guided through every step of the process, perfecting their skills to create pastries that blend tradition with innovation.
This three-hour workshop takes place at our Parisian institute, offering a stunning view of the Seine, an ideal setting to experiment and create elegantly reinterpreted pastries.
At the end of the workshop, you will leave with exclusive recipes, practical tips, and the satisfaction of being able to recreate these modern, refined creations at home. A true journey into the world of reinvented French pâtisserie!
Apron and cooler bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered. A participation certificate will be given by the Chef at the end of the workshop.
