From Market to Plate: A Taste of Paris

Paris

Duration: 5:30 hrs

Fruits and vegetables, quality meats and fresh cheeses will be featured during this workshop. Through a one-hour guided tour of a Parisian market with a Le Cordon Bleu Chef, you will discover the secrets of selecting the best fruits, vegetables and other local products.

This is an opportunity for the Chef Instructors to teach you how to properly select the products that will be used to prepare your favorite dishes and desserts. You will become a culinary expert able to select the best products from the market stalls. After this little stroll, it's time to prepare the dishes that you will taste with the Chef!

The Chef will reveal to you the secrets of cooking with fresh and seasonal products. The door of our "Market Visit and Cooking" workshop is open to everyone, whether you are a professional cook, curious, or a lover of good products.

Apron, tea towel and cooler bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered. A participation certificate will be given by the Chef at the end of the workshop.
