Join Le Cordon Bleu Paris pastry Chefs for a 3 hours pastry lesson on eclairs.
In the company of a Chef Instructor and 15 other participants, you will learn the essential techniques for making delicious eclairs.
During this pastry lesson, you will discover all the steps for making classic eclairs and those with a more exotic touch! The Chef running the pastry workshop will guide you as you go through all the stages of making them, from A to Z, at your own personal work station.
At the end of The Secrets of Eclairs workshop, you will be able to take your creations home with you to taste with your family and friends!
Apron and cooler bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered. A participation certificate will be given by the Chef at the end of the workshop.

All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
