Perfect for getting ready for the holiday season, this workshop offers you the chance to discover the techniques of great chefs to make a delicious Christmas log.
During this 2.5 hours pastry class, a Chef from Le Cordon Bleu Paris will teach you the technique to create this classic recipe with mastery.
Apron, tea towel and cooler bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered. A participation certificate will be given by the Chef at the end of the workshop.

All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
